TERMS & CONDITIONS - 2025 WHISKEY THROTTLE CRUISE
1 – Booking Contract
By making this reservation, or by acceptance and/or use of the registration process in booking a cruise onboard a CELEBRITY CRUISES vessel, the person named thereon as passenger, each passenger and Guest on the same reservation, each acknowledges he or she has read, and understands each and every term, condition, and provision of these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound thereby. In addition, the making of this reservation by or the acceptance and/or use of the registration process issued by Seven Seas Corporate Cruises & Events, Inc. by the persons named as Guests shall be deemed to be an acceptance and agreement by each and every person to all the additional Terms and Conditions set forth herein. You acknowledge and expressly agree that Seven Seas Corporate Cruises & Events, Inc. and affiliated third parties are acting solely in their capacity as tour operators, brokers and independent contractors arranging this cruise and that Seven Seas Corporate Cruises & Events, Inc. and its third party partners have no right or ability to control or direct the operational or navigational activities of the vessel or crew in any manner whatsoever whether aboard the ship or ashore, including without limitation persons furnishing services to the vessel or to the passengers including shore side excursions, personnel, or contractors, embarkation and disembarkation to and from the vessel, conditions of the vessel and its equipment.
2 – Changes in Reservations
Any changes in bookings may be made only by the person originally making the reservation using the online reservation system. Name changes are permitted until December 4, 2024. After that time, any changes will need to be made by sending an email to Customer Service at whiskeythrottle@sevenseasevents.com. If the change is permitted, Customer Service will make the adjustment.
3 – Payment Schedule and Method
Please note that by completing your booking for the 2025 Whiskey Throttle Cruise, you are agreeing to make payments for the cruise, on a specific schedule as follows:
3.1 Payment Schedule and Amounts. In connection with your completion of your booking for the 2025 Whiskey Throttle Cruise, you agree to make the following payments as identified which are in US dollars.
1. Date of Booking – Pay in Full or a Required Minimum Deposit of $250.00 per Guest
2. Final Payment Due On or Before December 5, 2024 (which includes all applicable taxes and fees)
Guests booking the cruise after October 20, 2024, will be required to pay in full at time of booking. Guests will receive an email reminder of the final payment due date. It is the responsibility of the Guests to make payments on time. Failure to make payment by due date may result in cancellation without refund.
3.2 Guest Payment Method. Any and all Guest payments contemplated hereunder may be made with an accredited credit card company. No booking is complete until the payment is received and confirmed by the Guests’ identified financial institution.
3.3 Changes in Guests Payment Method. Guests are responsible for informing Seven Seas Corporate Cruises & Events, Inc., the exclusive booking agent for the 2025 Whiskey Throttle Cruise, of any changes to and/or updated credit card or other payment method information. In the event the Guest’s selected payment method cannot be processed for any reason, Seven Seas Corporate Cruises & Events, Inc. will attempt to contact the Guest to obtain updated information at which time the Guest will have two (2) business days to reply with valid payment. Should that period pass without Seven Seas Corporate Cruises & Events, Inc. receiving a valid payment method, Seven Seas Corporate Cruises & Events, Inc. may elect to resell the stateroom(s) identified with that reservation number to waitlisted customers. Any refund due to the Guest in question would be subject to the Cancellation Policy below and would incur a processing fee. 4 – Reservation Changes, Cancellation Policy and Travel Insurance
Each passenger acknowledges that the cruise may be cancelled for any reason at which point a full refund would be granted.
4.1 Reservation Changes. A change in reservation, but not a total cancellation, such as a stateroom category downgrade, may result in $100 change fee.
4.2 Cancellation Policy. The Seven Seas Corporate Cruises & Events, Inc. Cancellation Policy supersedes the policies of the “CRUISE LINE” Ticket Contract. Cancellation fees for cruise reservations as well as any refund due to the Guest for a cancellation will be assessed according to the date of cancellation, as noted in the Cancellation Fee Schedule below and will apply to all Guests on the reservation. Cancellations must be made by sending a request via email to whiskeythrottle@sevenseasevents.com.
4.3 Please be advised that no refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by any passenger after commencement of the cruise. Also, no refunds will be given for cruise no-shows. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to whiskeythrottle@sevenseasevents.com.
Cancellation Fee Schedule
Cancel on or before 12/5/2024 — NO PENALTY
Cancel between 12/6/2024 and 1/16/2025 – $250 per person
Cancel between 1/17/2025 and 2/6/2025 – 50% of all $$$ paid
Cancel between 2/5/2025 and 2/17/2025 – No REFUND (including no shows on sailing date)

5 – Stateroom Number Assignments
If you pay for your room in full at registration (no deposit), you will receive an email with your room number and booking number with Celebrity Cruises. For guests that pay deposit first and pay the balance prior to December 5th, at approximately 4-6 weeks prior to sailing, you will receive an email containing your stateroom number and booking number for the cruise. The email will contain directions on how to register with CELEBRITY CRUISES online in order to print your boarding documents for embarkation day, sign up for shore excursions, and register a credit card for onboard purchases. All guests are required to complete this online registration prior to cruising. Adults will be responsible for registering the minors in their party. Every passenger must be registered with CELEBRITY CRUISES before the sailing date. While guests may indicate cabin, location, deck or other preferences on their Booking Form, the Cruise Line and Seven Seas Corporate Cruises & Events, Inc. and its third party partners cannot guarantee the availability of any specific stateroom, deck or location to a booking.
6 – Who May Sail
Guests represent and acknowledge that he/she and individuals traveling with Guest are fit for travel and that such travel will not endanger themselves or others. Additionally, Guests understands that CELEBRITY CRUISES and Seven Seas Corporate Cruises & Events, Inc. shall have the right to deny boarding for any violations of any of the policies set forth in this Section 6 without any liability for refund, compensation, loss or damages to the Guest or those traveling with the Guest.
Guests eligible to sail include the following and are subject to following restrictions:
1) Women, who will be less than 24 weeks into their pregnancy on the day of departure and for the duration of the cruise, may sail. This policy is due to the risk of premature labor. Pregnant women must have a letter from their doctor (on the physician’s letterhead) stating how far along (in weeks) their pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise, that mother and baby are in good health and fit to travel, and that the pregnancy is not high-risk. This letter is required no less than 6 weeks prior to sailing.
2) Any Guest under the age of 18 shall be considered a minor and must travel with a parent or legal guardian.
3) Adults aged twenty-one or older may sail. The Cruise Line shall refuse boarding to any Guest under the age of twenty-one unless the Guest is:
a. traveling in the same stateroom with an individual twenty-one years or older; or
b. traveling in the same stateroom with their spouse (proof of age and/or proof of marriage are required).
7 – Documentation
A valid passport is always recommended for travel anywhere. This cruise does not require a passport if you are a US Citizen. A government issued photo ID (drivers license) along with a certified birth certificate can be used. It is the responsibility of the Guest to verify what documentation is needed either a U.S. Citizen or citizen of any other country prior to sailing.. Any Guest traveling without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued. Travel documents (passports) must be valid up to 6 months from the date of disembarkation (February 21, 2025). The requirements above are for US citizens; non-US nationals may require entry visas in addition to their valid passports. Please check with the US Department of State https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html and the appropriate governmental offices for the Bahamas for current visa requirements. All forms of documentation must be presented at the pier on embarkation day.
8 – Cruise Fare Explanation
8.1 Cruise Rates. Cruise rates are calculated based on double occupancy; inclusions, exclusions and additional taxes and fees are detailed below. The costs for third and fourth in a stateroom with two full-fare passengers are indicated on the reservation site. Rates are the same regardless of the age of the passenger.
8.2 Taxes and Gratuities. Taxes and fees are $157.13 per person for all stateroom categories and are included in your cruise rate. The gratuities for this sailing have also been included in the cruise fare.
8.3 Basic Wifi and Beverage Package. **Basic WiFi and *Classic Beverage Package is included in the room rates for all 1st and 2nd guests in all rooms.
*The Classic Beverage Package includes fountain sodas, select non-premium bottles of water, premium coffees and teas, juices, and a selection beers, spirits, cocktails, liqueurs, frozen drinks and wines by the glass. Upgrades to the Premium Beverage Package may be available for an additional charge by contacting Cruise Line’s Corporate Sales Associate. The Premium Beverage Package includes all of the beverages available in the Classic Beverage Package plus premium bottled water, premium juices, a selection of Coca Cola products (e.g., Red Bull and Vitaminwater), and a premium selection of specialty craft and artisan beers, spirits, cocktails and frozen drinks. If a Guest is younger than 21, or otherwise does not consume alcohol, that Guest will be served from the non-alcoholic beverages available from the applicable beverage package.
**Wifi Packages include connectivity for up to one device per Guest per stateroom or suite. Guests may purchase internet access for additional devices prior to sailing or onboard.
8.4 Fuel Surcharge. The Cruise Line reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement. If the Cruise Line does, it will be fleetwide for all Guests. In such event, the Guests may be subject to following additional costs if imposed by the Cruise Line. Fuel Surcharge is not to exceed $10 per Guest, per day for Guest 1 and 2 in stateroom.
9 – Services Not Included
Transportation to and from the port, travel cancellation insurance, shore excursions, specialty dining, and any items of a personal nature such as laundry, gift shop and telephone calls, are not included in your cruise fare but can be added at additional costs.
10 – Force Majeure
If Cruise Line is forced to cancel the Cruise due to Acts of God, breakdown of Vessel, hostilities, blockades, labor conflicts, strikes aboard or ashore, restraint of rulers or princes, war, fire, collision, directions of underwriters, arrest, order or restraint by governmental authorities or others, acts of terrorism, civil commotions, weather conditions and considerations of safety of the Vessel (of which the Master shall be the sole judge), foundering of the Vessel or breakdowns of or damage to its hull, machinery and fittings, inability to secure or failure of supplies including fuel, requisition of the Vessel or other circumstances beyond the Cruise Line’s control (including but not limited to a change in the Cruise Line’s fleet deployment caused by any of the aforementioned events) (collectively such causes shall be referred to as “Force Majeure Events”), the sole liability of Cruise Line, and/or the Vessel, shall be for refund of all monies theretofore paid by Purchaser to Cruise Line hereunder for all obligations not then performed or for which Purchaser has not had benefit.
