
About Seven Seas Events
SSCC&E was founded by Roland Navarro to assist meeting planners and event organizers to customize their events anywhere in the world. SSCC&E has over 35 years of experience organizing events of all types and sizes in the cruise, hotel and sports entertainment industry. We’ve had the privilege of producing & managing events in exciting destinations throughout the world making key global contacts within the industry.
Roland’s event experience comes from working for two major cruise lines, a five star hotel, a cruise event services company and the largest motorsports entertainment company. All that experience has given him a full scope of event planning, management, logistics and execution.

- Managed over 150 corporate events onboard cruise ships – including over 35 full ship charters
- Project Director for Cruise Ship Housing in Jacksonville for Super Bowl XXXIX (Five cruise ships used by NFL sponsors – 4,000+ guests)
- Director of Corporate Partnerships at Homestead-Miami Speedway Hosting NASCAR’s Championship Race, IndyCar and Rolex Series Events (Indy Weekend 10,000+ partners – NASCAR Event 25,000 corporate partners)
- Account Executive for Computer Associates World Trade Show – New Orleans (Three cruise ships for 10,000+ guests for Trade Show)
- Member of Celebrity Cruises’ first ever 2018 Corporate Charters and Incentives Advisory Board
